8 Tips For Growing Hairs Rapidly

#1.Remember that it can’t grow overnight.

Unless your scalp unleashes new strands like a Chia Pet, gaining new length is going to take time. “Hair typically only grows about a quarter of an inch — to a half an inch max — a month,” says celebrity hair stylist Mark Townsend, who helped Ashley Olsen grow out her asymmetric bob to past her waist. “And that’s only if it is super-healthy and doesn’t have a ton of split ends.” The bottom line: Practice patient.

#2:Give Your Scalp A Massage

Not only does a scalp massage feel great, but it also helps stimulate blood circulation. It also mobilizes oils from the scalp that strengthen the roots and keep your hair moist. A scalp massage with a stimulant like coconut oil greatly enhances the chances of your hair growing long and strong. Coconut oil is packed with essential vitamins and nutrients and is a natural hair conditioner .

What you do is just

⦁Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips.
⦁ Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil.
⦁ Dip your fingertips in the oil and massage in a circular motion.

#3:Poor diet

While many companies promote vitamins or supplements for hair growth, they don’t always directly affect hair length. But the body does require a lot of energy to make your hair grow. Missing out on balanced meals and nutrients can affect hair growth. As with most things health and beauty, diet plays a  massive role in not only the condition but your rate of hair growth.A diet deficient in vitamins, minerals and protein will make it harder than ever to grow your hair fast.

#4:Avoid heat styling tools.

“Stop over-styling your hair,” warns celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves. If you must use heat, Paves recommends decreasing the temperature and always using a heat protectant — otherwise, you risk damaging your hair, leading to breakage and frizz.

#5:Add a vitamin to your A.M. routine.

If your diet isn’t supplying you with enough nutrition, a supplement could make a world of difference. “Look for a multivitamin that’s formulated and labeled ‘For Hair, Skin and Nails,'” advises Dr. Fusco. “Those contain important vitamins like biotin and C and B vitamins that support hair health.” Bonus: You may get better skin in the process!

#6:Green Tea

Now you have the perfect solution for those used tea bags that you throw away daily. Green tea, as you know is super rich in antioxidants and that helps in boosting hair growth and preventing hair loss. Apply warm green tea (from the used tea bags) over your scalp and leave it for an hour. Wash it off with cool water.

#7:Go darker

“Going blond will always compromise the integrity of the hair and leave it more prone to breakage,” Marjan says. “I always say hair either has to be short and blond or long and dark, unless you want to try extensions, of course.”

#8:Give your hair a rest

Depending on your hair type, “the more you wash and style will take a toll on your hair, so it should be done to a minimum,” Marjan says, but that doesn’t mean abstinence is the only answer. “If you are washing with great products, using heat protectants and non-damaging tools—I like that GHD irons have a single heat setting at the optimal temperature, 365 degrees, that will style without compromising the cuticle layer—washing and styling shouldn’t be a problem.”
